Notice of Annual General Meeting
10.00am, Friday, 28 November 2025
Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Farm Writers’ Association of NSW Inc will be held virtually via Zoom at 10.00 am on Friday 28 November 2025, for the purpose of:
- confirming the minutes of the AGM held on 25 October 2024
- receiving the President’s report
- receiving the 2024/25 financial report and the Financial Statements
- electing office bearers and committee members
- appointing Auditors
- other general business.
Notices of motion and nomination forms can be obtained by contacting the Secretary at secretary@nswfarmwriters.org.au or by downloading the form here.
A proxy form and instructions to enable voting for the 2025-26 Committee Members can be downloaded here.
Nominations for the committee and notices of motion must be received by close of business on Friday 21 November 2025.
Proxy forms must be received by the Secretary no later than 5pm AEDST on Thursday 27 November 2025.
Registration is required. Please email the Secretary to register and to receive the meeting invite.
