Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Farm Writers’ Association of NSW Inc will be held at 10.30 am on Thursday 25 October 2024, at the offices of FTI Consulting, 1 Macquarie Pl, Gateway, Level 22, Sydney, for the purpose of:
- confirming the minutes of the AGM held on 3 November 2023
- receiving the President’s report
- receiving the 2023/24 financial report and the Financial Statements
- electing office bearers and committee members
- appointing Auditors
- other general business.
Notices of motion and nomination forms can be obtained by contacting the Secretary at secretary@nswfarmwriters.org.au or by downloading the form here.
A proxy form and instructions to enable voting for the 2024-25 Committee Members can be downloaded here.
Nominations for the committee and notices of motion must be received by close of business on Friday 18 October 2024.
Proxy forms must be received by the Secretary no later than 5pm AEDST on Thursday 24 October 2024.
