Farm Writers Lunch
Gazing into agriculture’s crystal ball
- what lies on the road ahead?
Friday 3 November 2023
12:00 for 12:30pm
The past 12 months have been another challenging year for Australian agriculture, with falling commodity prices, changing seasonal conditions and a global geo-political and trading environment that remains highly volatile.
As Australian farmers start to tighten their belts in the face of these challenges, is it all bad news or are there green shoots just over the horizon on which we should be focussing?
Are there lessons from the past that we should be redeploying in the face of an increasingly uncertain and risky future that can set up Australian farmers to maximise their success when the conditions allow?
You’re invited to join leading agribusiness experts to share their insights into what the next 12 to 24 months could mean for Australian farmers. How can they use the next few months to prepare for the emerging opportunities and challenges ahead in agriculture?
Bookings for this event close on 30 October.
